Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when your order ships with tracking information.

Note: During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or launches), processing may take a bit longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $75 (before tax and after discounts). No code needed—your cart will automatically reflect free shipping at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Additional charges due to incorrect addresses

International Orders

We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary by location and customs processes.
